Christie from Conversations with Christie and I have teamed up to create a 10-class series teaching the foundational concepts of reading tarot. If you have been relying on the guidebook, but want to understand the tarot at a deeper level, this class is for you!
We discuss every one of the 78 cards in depth, in addition to discussing our favorite spreads, interviewing a deck, how to bring intuition to your readings, and the ethics of reading tarot for yourself and others. Our goal is for everyone to complete these classes able to bring a whole new set of tools to their readings and able to confidently and intuitively read tarot for themselves and others.
How does it work?
Each class is between 90 – 120 minutes, and we will release a pre-recorded class every two weeks beginning Monday, Jan 6, 2025. Each video will also include suggested homework for the class. The homework is not mandatory, but people who spend time on it will see their skills grow much more quickly than those who watch the classes without diving into the tarot themselves.
What does the class cover?
Class 1: Introduction to tarot, and Christie and Karena’s approach to reading tarot
Class 2 – 5: The Wands, Swords, Pentacles, and Cups – the Ace through 10 of each suit
Class 6: The Court cards – King, Queen, Knight, and Page (or Prince and Princess in the Thoth deck)
Class 7: First half of the trump cards (The Fool through Wheel of Fortune)
Class 8: Second half of the trump cards (Strength through The World)
Class 9: Interviewing a deck, various spreads, when to use each. How to intuitively choose spreads on the fly.
Class 10: The ethics of reading for others (and yourself!). Delivering messages compassionately. Being truthful, but supportive
How can I purchase?
We offer three purchase options:
- Purchase access to just certain classes at $20/class. If you purchase this option, we will reach out to you determine which specific class(s) you want to access. Access expires 1 year after purchase.
- Purchase access to all 10 of our pre-recorded videos for $185, and save $15 on the set! Access expires 1 year after purchase.
- Purchase lifetime access to all 10 of our pre-recorded videos + ten live Q&A sessions with Christie and Karena for $350. The live sessions will be scheduled every other Monday beginning Jan 16th (on the Mondays after each class is released). So each Monday you will alternate between the release of a pre-recorded video and a live Q&A session with Christie and myself. All live sessions will be recorded in case you cannot attend.
Can I purchase these classes as a gift for a friend?
Yes! We are beginning the classes after the holidays to accommodate hoilday gifting! Just let us know the email address of the recipient when you contact us to make the purchase, and we will email you a gift certificate for the series that you can print out and gift to your friend.
